satyaṃ caivāṣṭamaṃ puṣpamebhis tuṣyanti devatāḥ /
bhaktyā tapasvinaḥ pūjyā jñāninaśca narādhipa //

and truth is the eighth flower; the deities are pleased by these. / Ascetics and men of knowledge are to be worshiped with devotion, O ruler of men.
