brahmahatyā bhaviṣyanti bahvyaste vasudhādhipa /
sakuṭumbasya me tvaṃ hi mṛtyureṣa upasthitaḥ //
Many sins of killing a brāhmaṇa will come upon you, O ruler of the earth! / For you have arrived as death itself to me and my family.”
