śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tataḥ puṣkariṇīṃ gacchet sarvapāpapraṇāśinīm /
śrute yasyāḥ prabhāve tu sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate //

Glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Then one should go to Puṣkariṇī, the destroyer of all sins,
upon hearing whose power one is freed from all sins.
