yastatra kurute śrāddhaṃ pāyasair madhusarpiṣā /
śrāddhado labhate svargaṃ pitḥṇāṃ dattam akṣayam //
He who performs an ancestral rite there with milk-rice, honey, and clarified butter,
the giver of the rite attains heaven, and what is given to the ancestors becomes imperishable.
