tāvanto devadaityendrāḥ pakṣābhyāṃ tasya jajñire /
teṣāṃ madhye punaḥ sā tu narmadā bhramate sarit //
just so many lords of gods and Daityas, born from his two wings; / and in their midst, that river Narmadā wandered once again.
