Revākhaṇḍa (Vāyupurāṇa) 6.17

trikūṭī tena vikhyātā pitḥṇāṃ trāyaṇī parā /
dvitīyācca tato gaṅgā vistīrṇā dharaṇītale //
Therefore she is celebrated as Trikūṭī, the supreme deliverer of the ancestors; / and from the second [peak] the Gaṅgā spread over the surface of the earth.
