Revākhaṇḍa ascribed to the Vāyupurāṇa (RKV) 6.40

6.40

pāśairnityaṃ tu sambādhāṃ yasmānmocayate bhṛśam /
vipāśeti ca sā proktā saṃsārārṇavatāriṇī //

and continually constricted by bonds, because she greatly frees [them], / she, who ferries across the ocean of worldly existence, is therefore called Vipāśā.
