śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
bhūyo'pyahaṃ pravakṣyāmi ādityeśvaramuttamam /
sarvaduḥkhaharaṃ pārtha sarvavighnavināśanam //

Glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Again I shall proclaim the excellent Ādityeśvara,
which removes all sorrow, O son of Pṛthā, and destroys all obstacles,
