kanyovāca:
jānīṣva gopakanyāṃ māṃ krīḍāmi sakhibhiḥ saha /
asmatkuleṣu yaddivyaṃ tatkuruṣva yathāvidhi //
The maiden said: / "Know me to be a cowherd's daughter, playing with my companions. / Whatever is the ordeal in our family, perform that according to the rule!
