śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchettu rājendra naradeśvaramuttamam /
tīrthānāṃ paramaṃ tīrthaṃ nirmitaṃ nāradena tu //

Glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said:
Then one should go, O king of kings, to the excellent Naradeśvara,
the supreme pilgrimage place of pilgrimage places, established by Nārada.
