navanāḍīnirodhena kāṣṭhāvatyāṃ gatena ca /
toṣitaḥ paśubhartā vai nāradena yudhiṣṭhira //
By restraining the nine conduits and reaching the state of stillness,
the master of beasts was indeed pleased by Nārada, O Yudhiṣṭhira.
