udadhikramaṇaśreṣṭho daśagrīvasya darpahā /
lakṣmaṇaprāṇadātā ca sītāśokanivartanaḥ //
supreme in crossing the ocean, crusher of the pride of the ten-necked [Rāvaṇa], / giver of life to Lakṣmaṇa, and dispeller of the sorrow of Sītā.'
