tatrāsthīni vilīyante piṇḍadāne 'kṣayā gatiḥ /
yat kiṃcid dīyate tatra taddhi koṭiguṇaṃ bhavet //
There bones dissolve, and in the offering of rice-balls there is imperishable state; / whatever little is given there becomes multiplied a crore of times."
