vāruṇaṃ preṣayāmāsa tvāgneyaṃ śamitaṃ tataḥ /
vāruṇenaiva vāyavyaṃ tālamegho vyasarjayat //
[Kṛṣṇa] sent the water weapon, and the fire [weapon] was thereby quenched. / With the water weapon [countered], Tālamegha unleashed the wind weapon.
