payasā snāpayed devaṃ trisandhyaṃ ca tryahaṃ tathā /
payo gosambhavaṃ sadyaḥ savatsā jīvaputriṇī //
One should bathe the god with milk at the three twilights and for three days— / fresh milk coming from a cow that has a living calf.
