sa yāti tridaśasthānaṃ nākastrībhiḥ samāvṛtaḥ /
yastatra vidhivatsnātvā dānaṃ preteṣu yacchati //
Surrounded by celestial women, he goes to the abode of the thirty [gods], / who, having bathed there according to the rules, gives a gift for the deceased.
