na te yānti yamālokaṃ yaiḥ stutā bhuvi narmadā /
pitāmaho 'pi muhyeta devi tvadguṇakīrtanāt //
They do not go to the world of Yama who have praised the Narmadā on earth. / Even the Grandfather would be bewildered by the proclamation of your virtues, O goddess!
