śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
sādhu sādhu mahābāho dharmavānsādhuvatsala /
svakarmanirataḥ pārtha tīrthayātrākṛtādaraḥ //
Glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said: / Well done, well done, O long-armed one, virtuous, affectionate to the virtuous, / devoted to your own duty, O son of Pṛthā, who have shown respect for pilgrimage!
