pitāmahena vai bālo garbhādhānādisaṃskṛtaḥ /
dvīpāyano dvīpajanmā pārāśaryaḥ parāśarāt //
By the Grandfather indeed, the boy was consecrated with rites beginning with the impregnation ceremony: / [called] Dvaipāyana because of his birth on an island, [and] Pārāśarya from Parāśara.
