yā kundendutuṣārahāradhavalā yā śubhravastrāvṛtā yā vīṇāvaradaṇḍamaṇḍitakarā yā śvetapadmāsana
ya brahmācyutaśaṃkaraprabhṛtibhir devaiḥ sadā pūjitā sā māṃ pātu sarasvatī bhagavatī niḥśeṣajāḍyāpahā //
She who is fair as the kunda flower, the moon, and a garland of snow, she who is draped in white garments, she whose hands are adorned with the excellent staff of the vīṇā, she who sits on a white lotus, / she who is ever worshipped by Brahmā, Acyuta, Śaṅkara, and the other gods—may that Blessed Lady Sarasvatī protect me, removing all dullness without remainder.
