śrīparāśara uvāca
ayameva mune praśro nakulena mahātmanā /
pṛṣṭaḥ pitāmahaḥ prāha bhīṣmo yattacchṛṇuṣva me //
PARÁŚARA.--This question, excellent Muni, was once asked by Nakula of his grandfather Bhíshma; and I will repeat to you the reply made by the latter.
