parāśara uvāca:
idaṃ ca śṛṇu maitreya yat pṛṣṭo 'ham iha tvayā
śrīsaṃbaddhaṃ mayāpy etac śrutam āsīn marīcitaḥ //
PARÁŚARA.--But with respect to the question thou hast asked me, Maitreya, relating to the history of Śrí, hear from me the tale as it was told to me by Maríchi.
