prāṇāpānau tathā vyānamudānaṃ ca samānakam .
vajrahastā ca me rakṣetprāṇaṃ kalyāṇaśobhanā ..37..

the incoming breath, outgoing breath, diffused breath, ascending breath, and the equalized breath; / may the thunderbolt-handed Vajrahastā protect, and Kalyāṇaśobhanā my vital breath; || 37
