trāhi māṃ devi duṣprekṣye śatrūṇāṃ bhayavardhini
prācyāṃ rakṣatu māmaindrī āgneyyāmagnidevatā

Protect me, O Goddess, difficult to gaze upon, increaser of the dread of foes!
May Aindrī protect me in the east, and the fire-deity in the south-east;
