aṃkuśaṃ kuṇḍalaṃ cakraṃ yasya pāṇitale bhavet .
tasya rājyaṃ mahāśreṣṭhaṃ sāmudravacanaṃ yathā ..

One in the palm of whose hand there is a goad, an earring, and a discus,
his kingdom is exceedingly eminent; such is the statement of the Sāmudra.
