The sequence of the universe's manifestation, however, is to be seen in the Śaiva scriptures, such as the glorious Tantrāloka and its Tantrasāra.
It is not opened up here for fear of prolixity. The sequence of reabsorption proceeds in reverse. In reality,
from the tattva of Śiva down to earth, this is an expansion of the multitude of waves of the ocean of consciousness. As it has been said:
