'By the letter SA the triad of cosmic eggs [this verse is not found in the printed Parātrīśikā; however, in the fourth chapter of the Mālinīvijayottaratantra, the variant reading of verse 25 is: "The triad is pervaded by the letter SA, the fourth by the trident; that which transcends all is pervaded by the visarga—this is called the supreme pervasion"] is pervaded, the fourth by the trident; / that which transcends all is pervaded by the visarga—such is held to be the pervasion of the supreme speech.'
