svasvātantryāt prathamamuditāprāṇanādyasphurattā-
bhūmiṃ śritvā ṣaḍayanamahāvācyaśabdaughagarbhām .
visphāryānuttararasamahānādabhūmiṃ krameṇa
yā vāgviśvaṃ rasayati parāṃ tāṃ śraye mantrabhūmim ..

First arisen out of Her own absolute sovereignty, resorting to the level of vitality and initial pulsating radiance / which holds within it the mass of great signifieds and signifiers of the six paths, / unfolding sequentially the ground of the great primal sound belonging to the unsurpassable nectar, / the Speech that savours the universe—to that supreme ground of mantras I resort.
