nābherathācaraṇamā hṛdayācca nābhi
mūrdhnastathāhṛdayamityamunā krameṇa .
bījaistribhirnyasatu hastatale ca savya-
dakṣāhvaye dvitayamityubhayostṛtīyam ..
"Then from the navel to the feet, from the heart to the navel, / and from the head to the heart: in this order / let one place with the three seed syllables; and on the palm of the hand called left / and right, a pair; and the third on both.
