aindrasyeva śarāsanasya dadhatī madhyelalāṭaṃ prabhāṃ
śauklīṃ kāntimanuṣṇagoriva śirasyātanvatī sarvataḥ .
eṣāsau tripurā hṛdi dyutirivoṣṇāṃśoḥ sadāhassthitā
chindyād vaḥ sahasā padaistribhiraghaṃ jyotirmayī vāṅmayī ..

"Bearing in the middle of the forehead the brilliance as if of Indra's bow,
Spreading all around upon the head a pure white radiance as if of the moon,
Ever present in the heart like the light of the sun during the day,
May this Tripurā, consisting of light and consisting of speech, swiftly sever your sin with her three quarters!"
