ayaṃ tu nirṇayo'tra syād ye yatrānadhikāriṇaḥ .
teṣāṃ tadapramāṇaṃ syāt pramāṇaṃ cādhikāriṇām ..

“This, however, would be the determination here: for those who lack qualification in a matter,
that is unauthoritative for them, but it is an authority for those who possess qualification.”
