parādiśaktirūpeṇa sphurantīṃ saṃvidaṃ numaḥ ..
the meaning of the secret scripture is revealed: / “We praise consciousness, identical with the universe and transcending it, the heart of the supreme Lord, / vibrating in the form of Parā and the other powers.” / These transcendent and immanent forms of the goddess mentioned here as “she” are renowned not only in the Āgamas, but in the Upaniṣads as well:
