"swiftly," "always dwelling in *aha*," and "spreading the luster *klīṃ*," that is, the radiance consisting of *ka-kāra* and *la-kāra* that causes splendor—this yields the all-five-part mantra of Tripurāsiddhā: *hsklraiṃ hsklarīṃ hsklraiḥ*. Right there, "because of the moon, the letter *ṭha*, on whose head the letter *ḍa* is situated above, and causing radiance, splendor, everywhere"—this yields the glorious twelve-and-a-half-part mantra of Tripurāmbikā: *hsklrḍai hsklrdī hsklrdauḥ*. These four also have forms beginning with *sa*: *śai śklīṃ śauḥ*, and so on. Likewise, the six mantras beginning with Bālā can end in a visarga, end in a bindu, end in both bindu and visarga, or be devoid of both, and so on; this should be inferred according to traditional teaching. By the first seed syllable and the final seed syllable of the Bālā [mantra], ending in bindu and visarga, all the vowels are made manifest.
