mantram ārādhayen māsaṃ naktaṃbhojī rasaḥ sadā /
rātrau pūjāṃ śubhāṃ kṛtvā japen mantraṃ munivrataḥ //
eating at night, always passionate, he should propitiate the mantra for a month; / having performed an auspicious worship at night, observing the vow of a sage, he should recite the mantra.
