yo yajet pāradaṃ liṅgaṃ sa eva śambhur avyayaḥ /
sa eva dhanyo deveśi sa jñānī sa tu tattvavit //

He who worships the mercurial liṅga is indeed the imperishable Śambhu. / He alone is blessed, O Mistress of the gods, he is a knower, he is a knower of reality;
