svecchayaiva jagatsarvaṃ nigiratyudgiratyapi

"By Her own will She unfolds the universe upon Her own canvas" (Pratyabhijñāhṛdaya, sūtra 2); "Consciousness is autonomous, the cause of the accomplishment of the universe" (Pratyabhijñāhṛdaya, sūtra 1); "By Her own will alone She swallows and also disgorges the entire universe";
