Paramaśiva alone brought down the entire Tantra. And in this manner, that couple consisting of Kāma and Kāmeśvarī has been "extended"—that is, the triad of couples has spread out—as the triad of couples consisting of Mitreśvarī and the venerable Ūrdhvadīpanātha, Vajreśvarī and Jyeṣṭhānātha, Bhagamālinī and Mitradevanātha, and so forth, in the form of the succession of the lineages of divine, perfected, and human beings; this is the meaning. // 39
