Kāmakalā Mahātripurasundarī has been explained by the great previous composition; her 'vidyā' is knowledge. If one asks, 'Of what nature is she?', he says: 'consists in the cyclic sequence of the Goddess's wheel.' The wheel of the Goddess, of Tripurasundarī, is the Śrīcakra; its cyclic sequence, designated under the aspects of the wheel, mantra, and deity, consisting of all [circuits] beginning with the one made of all bliss down to the manifest one—she is composed of that, she pertains to that. By whomsoever—a person seeking to know Brahman, cultivating realization due to the descent of divine power—she is known, understood, that person becomes liberated.
