uttasthuṣo raṅgaśayasya śeṣādāsthānasiṃhāsanamārurukṣoḥ |
madhyeniśāntaṃ maṇipāduke tvāṃ līlāpadanyāsasakhīṃ prapadye ||

As he who reclines in Raṅgam rises from Śeṣa / wishing to ascend the throne of the assembly, / I take refuge in you, O jeweled sandal, within the palace, / the companion of his playful pacing.
