pratibhavanamananye pāduke tvatprabhāvā-dvividhavapuṣi deve vibhramadyūtakāle |
abhilaṣitasapatnīgehayātrāvighātaṃ glahayati rahasi tvāṃ ṣoḍaśastrīsahasram ||
O sandal, peerless one! When, by your power, in every home the God had different bodies, / at the time of playful gambling, / the sixteen thousand women in secret staked you as a wager / to obstruct his journey to the house of a desired co-wife.
