saṃrakṣaṇāya samaye jagatāṃ trayāṇāṃ yātrāsu raṅganṛpaterupatasthuṣīṣu |
sampatsyate śrutisukhairmaṇipādarakṣe maṅgalyasūktiranaghā tava mañjunādaiḥ ||

When the travels of the king of Raṅgam have arrived, / at the proper time to protect the three worlds, / a flawless and auspicious hymn, pleasing to the ear, / will be produced, O gem-footwear, by your charming sounds.
