marakatapatralā ruciravidrumapallavitā pṛthutaramauktikastabakitā nigamaiḥ surabhiḥ |
upavanadevateva caraṇāvani raṅgapate-rabhilaṣato vihāramabhigamya padaṃ spṛśasi ||

Bearing foliage of emeralds, sprouting charming coral, / clustered with large pearls, fragrant with the Vedas, / like a goddess of the grove, O foot-protector, / you approach and touch the foot of the Lord of Raṅgam as he desires to stroll.
