nāde padāvani tathā tava sanniveśe nirveśanakramamasahyamapācikīrṣuḥ |
yaireva locanaśatairabhivīkṣate tvāṃ taireva pannagapatiḥ śrutimān babhūva ||
O foot-protector, wishing to remove the intolerable order of succession in experiencing / your sound and your structure, / the lord of serpents came to have hearing / with the very hundreds of eyes through which he beholds you.
