tvaṃ tigmadhārāsivarārisainya-
mīśaprayukto mama chindhi chindhi .
cakṣūṃṣi carmaJṇchatacandra chādaya
dviṣāmaghonāṃ hara pāpacakṣuṣām .. 26..

O Sword of sharp edge, dispatched by the Lord,
cut down, cut down the host of the enemies of me;
O Shield bearing a hundred moons, cover the eyes of the adversaries;
take away the gaze of those sinful eyes. 26.
