gupto-'navadyo ghano gahano nirguṇaḥ śuddho bhāsvaro
guṇabhugbhayo'nirvṛttiryogīśvaraḥ sarvajño megho'prameyo'nādyantaḥ śrīmānajo
dhīmānanirdeśyaḥsarvasṛksarvasyā''tmā
sarvabhuksarvasyeśānaḥ sarvasyāntarāntaraḥ

hidden, faultless, dense, profound, devoid of constituent qualities, pure, radiant, / enjoyer of constituent qualities, fearful, without cessation, the lord of yogins, omniscient, cloud, immeasurable, without beginning or end, glorious, unborn, / wise, indescribable, creator of all, Self of all, / devourer of all, ruler of all, innermost of all.
