The Ādityas, indeed, are of the Agniṣṭoma sacrifice; the Aṅgirases are of the Ukthya sacrifice.
This [rite], being by nature an Ukthya, is brought back [and made] an Agniṣṭoma, for the sake of quickness.
Then this [other rite] has twenty-four pavamāna stotras.
It is cryptically a trivṛt as well.
Being by nature an Atirātra, it is brought back [and made] an Agniṣṭoma possessed of the Ṣoḍaśin, for the sake of quickness.
