veda
He saw this Abhijit sacrifice. He brought it. He sacrificed with it. Its stomas increase by three. These worlds are three. By it he struck away the darkness from these worlds. Darkness enveloped him from the fourth world. He desired: ‘May I strike away this darkness.’ He saw this Viśvajit sacrifice. He brought it. He sacrificed with it. Its stomas increase by four. The quarters are four. That fourth world is indeed the quarters. By it he struck away the darkness from the fourth world. Then, having struck away the darkness, the evil, from all these worlds, he ascended to the heavenly world. Having struck away the darkness, the evil, from all these worlds, he ascends to the heavenly world, who knows thus.
