tā etā bhavanti triṣṭubho jagadvarṇā ahno rūpeṇa samṛddhāḥ
yatra vā ahārūpeṇa samardhayanti saṃ tatrardhyate
samasmā ṛdhyate ya evaṃ veda
eṣa devo amatya
These Triṣṭubh verses have the color of the Jagatī and are endowed with the form of the day. Where they make [the rite] prosper with the form of the day, there it prospers. It prospers for him who knows this. 'This immortal god...'
