svādiṣṭyā madiṣṭye
tyārbhavasya pavamānasya madvatīrgāyatryo bhavanti
raso vai madaḥ
dhītamivaitadyattṛtīyasavanam
tadyadetā madvatīrbhavanti | rasamevāsminnetaddadhaty | ṣavainadetena pyāyayanti

'By the sweetest, most intoxicating…'
thus there are Gāyatrī verses containing the word mad ('intoxicating') for the Ārbhava Pavamāna.
Mada is sap.
What is the third pressing is as if sucked dry.
When these verses contain the word mad, they put sap into it; with sap they swell it.
