This sacrificial session which is the twelve-day rite has indeed a Viṣuvant [central day].
He who knows the Viṣuvant of this sacrificial session—the Viṣuvant is prosperity—becomes prosperous and the best among his own people.
A person indeed is the Viṣuvant of this sacrificial session.
For a person is the Viṣuvant of these worlds.
These worlds are this twelve-day rite. Thinking, 'I am the Viṣuvant of this sacrificial session,' he should sacrifice with this twelve-day rite.
His Viṣuvant becomes reached in this very sacrificial session.
It is firmly established in the day itself.
Day after day it becomes: 'the introductory day, the second day, the third day.'
Yonder Āditya is the day.
Through this they prosper him, and go to union in the world with him.
